Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of verityvista.org and any photography session, print, or digital gallery booked through it. By booking a session or using this site, you agree to them. If something here doesn’t sit right with you, reach out before booking, we’re happy to talk it through.
1. Bookings and payment
Sessions are booked and paid for through our Setmore scheduling system, linked from the Booking page. Rates for each service are listed on the Services page and are current as of the date you book; they may change for future sessions but not for one already confirmed. A booking is only reserved once payment is received through Setmore.
2. Cancellations and rescheduling
Life happens, weather especially. If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as you can and we’ll find a new time. Once a session has taken place and photos have been delivered, all sales are final; we don’t offer refunds after the shutter’s clicked, but we will happily reshoot if something went wrong on our end.
3. Image rights and usage
Verity Vista Photography retains copyright over every photograph taken during a session, including the right to use images in our portfolio, website, and marketing. Clients receive a personal-use license for their delivered photos, printing, sharing, and posting them is fully encouraged. Commercial use of session photos by a client (for example, in advertising) should be discussed with us first.
4. Conduct during a session
We want every session to be fun and comfortable for everyone involved, pets included. We reserve the right to end a session early, without a refund, if a client, guest, or their animal behaves in a way that’s unsafe or abusive toward us or others present.
5. Limitation of liability
We take real care with every shoot, but equipment fails and circumstances change. In the rare case a session’s images are lost, corrupted, or otherwise unrecoverable, our liability is limited to a refund or a complimentary reshoot, whichever we’re able to offer.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business grows. Changes apply to bookings made after the update; we’ll always honor the terms in place at the time you booked.
